Reward examples:

• Screen time / extra electronics time
• Money
• Outings / Special activities
• Sweets / Food
• “Treasure Box”
• Later Bedtime
• Social Activities (like playdates)

Ask them what they think a nice reward will be.

PS: Stick to one type of reward, but varying in quantity or value. For example, screen time can be:

Reward 1: 1 hour

Reward 2: 40min

Reward 3: 20 min
